Return

  1. When shopping at the ecozyme store, every customer and their purchase of a suitable quality product is guaranteed a 14-day return from the date of receipt of the product.

  2. To return a good quality item:

    2.1. Be sure to contact by e-mail by post pardavimai@ecozyme.online goods will not be accepted back without advance warning and agreement on return.

    2.2. Explain the reason and attach proof of purchase.

    2.3. The product must be unused, with marking labels and in the original packaging, undamaged and without losing its merchandise appearance.

  3. To return a defective product, follow the steps listed in point 2 (point 2.3 would not apply in this case).

  4. The store undertakes to provide the user with a reasoned written answer no later than 10 working days from the date of receipt of the user's request.

  5. If the ordered product does not have a manufacturing defect, then if the Customer cancels the contract, the costs of sending the product, which were included in the price of the product, and the price of the product itself, i.e. i.e. The amount paid by the customer. 

  6. If the ordered product has a manufacturing or shipping defect, the online store undertakes to replace it or refund the money to the buyer. The cost of sending/returning the product is refunded/paid by the Store.

  7. The store sells goods that meet the conditions specified in the order. In cases where the goods handed over to the Customer do not meet certain requirements of the order, the Customer agrees to immediately notify this in writing to the e-mail specified by the Store. by mail, and the Store undertakes to take all steps to eliminate existing defects, if such defects arose due to the fault of the Store or third parties acting on its behalf. The store removes the defects within a reasonable period agreed with the Customer; if the deficiencies are not eliminated, the Client has the right to defend his rights in the manner provided for in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

  8. In the event of a product defect, the Customer, in order to exercise the right to return a low-quality product, reduce its price or receive a product of suitable quality, must submit his claims in accordance with the procedure set forth in this policy within 2 months from the date of discovery of the non-conformity, counting the 2-month period from the day of receipt of the product.
